A CRITIQUE OF THE STAGE-WISE HACKETT HILL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The Master Plan calls for a division of the development project into six stages. The stages, as well as the boundaries of the TNC Preserve, are shown in this map of the entire property and its surroundings.

Specifics about each stage can be determined by using the links at the bottom of this page. Here, you will find comments taken directly from the Master Plan which will represent the viewpoints of the individuals who prepared it. These comments will be followed by comments in bold print which represent specific criticisms of the planners' viewpoints.

Information/criticism of the various stages is available as follows:

Stage I and Stage II (Development Areas A1, A2, A3 and C)

Stage III (Development Areas B1, B2 and Village Center Marketplace)

Stages IV and V (Development Areas D1,D2, and E)

Stage VI (Development Area F)
