The revised tax map shows the reconfiguration of Lot 17.

As on the initial map, the shaded areas identify Hillcrest Terrace, a retirement community, and Countryside Village; Countryside Boulevard is shown to be a road leading from Hackett Hill Road to HillcrestTerrace; and the two lots possibly available for purchase by the City of Manchester are Lot 15 (green) and Lot 17 (yellow).

(By the fall of 2002, Lot 15 had been purchased and annexed to The Nature Conservancy's ecological preserve, while Lot 17 had been sold for the development of 29 single family homes.)

The relationship of the TNC Preserve boundaries and the boundaries of the swamps and swamp watersheds to this map may be obtained by comparing the map with the 1999 Preserve-Development Map.
